Reports and Data

The Academic Dashboard is a reporting tool developed specifically for UNMLA faculty and administration to help monitor our advancement in meeting the goals of our Strategic Implementation Plan by providing access to current and historical data on enrollment, retention, graduation, financial aid and other relevant data.  Data are extracted from various internal and external databases and reports and organized according to the following topics:

  • Student Enrollment – headcount, gender breakdown, student credit hours and FTE, Full-time and Part-time enrollment, county of residence and enrollment by student level.
  • Freshman cohort – applicants, freshman retention and developmental program enrollment.
  • Progress – student success rates, degree and major enrollment, graduation and employment.
  • Non-credit Enrollment – enrollment in non-credit programs: SBDC, ABE and Community Education.

Publications and reports produced by the UNMLA Institutional Research office are available in pdf format under the Reports tab above. Results of the most recent student opinion surveys are also available in pdf under the Survey Results tab above.
